1. Finding the Right Business to Invest in

2. Negotiation with the Business Owner

We negotiate with the owner for terms that work for both sides. If agreed, we sign a letter of intent.

3. Professional Due Diligence

Our team of professionals perform in-depth due diligence. The process includes auditing of every single detail of the business. That includes but not limited to verifying the ownership, financial details, costs, traffic, content quality, SEO ranking,  competitors analysis, risk analysis, code audit, TM and IP check. We also organize a live check procedure, where one of our team members checks all the details live trough TeamViewer. That is done with a purpose of avoiding any manipulated details

4. Website Presentation

If all the provided information is OK, we prepare a complete portfolio of the business that includes ownership information, financial details, costs, traffic details, content quality, SEO ranking, competitors analysis, risk analysis, code audit results, TM and IP check results. All the presented details will help the investors make an informed decision.

 

5. Business Listing on ProInvestors.com

We list the business on ProInvestors.com and notify all the investors. Each investor can get a different percent of the business with a minimum of 10%.

6. Analyze and Approve the Business Before Investing

Investor will analyze & approve the business before investing. To make an informed decision, investors will receive all the needed details. When 100% of the needed investment amount is reached, we close the deal.

7. Legal and Contracts

We take care of all the legal documents and contract signing. The following documents will be signed:

  1. Contract between Proinvestors.com and the Business Seller that will also include a non compete agreement
  2. Contract between Proinvestors.com and each investor.

These contract will be very detailed and will include all the details for the deal, as well as all the rights and responsibilities for each party

8. Escrow.com Transaction

Escrow.com transaction – For a maximum protection, each deal will be done through Escrow.com. Our legal department will open a new Escrow transaction describing the deal – domain name and assets.
ProInvestors.com is an official Escrow.com partner.

9. Funds Wire

All the investors involved in the deal send their share of the total amount directly to Escrow.com

10. Domain and Assets Transfer

ProInvestors.com technical team arranges the domain and all assets transfer. They are also responsible for the source code and transfer of any TMs or IPs. Once this process is completed our legal department is notified to proceed with releasing the funds to the seller

11. Funds Release to the Business Seller

Once the domain name and all the assets are secured, our legal team releases the funds to the business seller.

12. Business Management and Growth

In general, this is where the investment work ends. However, the business investors can still participate in the process. Our team of professionals takes over the business operations and makes a plan for an improvement. Operations include but  not limited to further development, marketing, SEO, support and accounting

13. Live and Monthly Reports

All participating investors have a dashboard where they will be able to see how the business they invested in performs every week. We will be also sending detailed monthly reports.

14. Exit Plan

When we get familiar with all the business specifics, our financial department will prepare an exit plan which will be presented to all participating investors.
